Your right to compensation under EU 261/2004
Regulation EU 261/2004 is your back-up in the rough-and-tumble world of air travel. If you’re flying from any EU airport or on a European carrier and your flight is delayed, cancelled, or you face denied boarding because of overbooking, you can be entitled to up to €600.
