You never pay anything upfront for our services. The compensation claim assessment is always free of charge.
Let's say we win compensation for you of €600, in which case we will send you €390 to your account.
The difference is then our fee.

No win, no fee
You only pay us if we win your case. Our fee is deducted from the compensation we win for you, so you have nothing to lose.
Upfront payment
If possible, we will offer to pay you compensation in advance. We will take the risk and you will keep the compensation even if we fail to collect it.
Additional costs
In the event that we are forced to take the dispute to court, 15% will be added to our fee for legal costs. Not to worry though, you never pay anything upfront. In addition, if we are unable to win the dispute, we will bear all costs.
